Here’s the truth: Most coaches don’t create structured, transformation-based offers because they feel 100% ready. They do it because they realize that staying stuck in one-off sessions and unclear offerings isn’t working.

So how do you know if it’s time? Here are a few tell-tale signs you’re more than ready to start packaging your coaching services.

Readiness Sign #1: People Keep Coming to You for the Same Thing

Ever notice how people keep asking you for help with the same thing?

Maybe friends, past clients, or even total strangers reach out with similar struggles — whether it’s navigating major life transitions, building confidence, or breaking through limiting beliefs.

And every time, you instinctively know how to help.

That’s because when you operate from your Embodied Expertise, you become a magnet for the kinds of people who resonate with your way of thinking, coaching, and problem-solving. They sense that you get it — not just because of what you know, but because of who you are and how you approach things.

You might not have structured your expertise into a formal package yet, but if people are already coming to you for something specific, that’s a huge sign:

  • There’s a demand for what you do.

  • You already have a repeatable process, even if you don’t see it yet.

  • You’re ready to package it into something structured.

If you’re not sure what people see in you, try asking a trusted friend or client:

  • “If you had to describe what I help people with, what would you say?”

  • “What’s the most valuable thing I’ve helped you with?”

  • Not there yet? Try breaking your coaching approach into 3-5 main phases — this will make it easier to describe.

Now, I can hear you saying, “Wait… isn’t the goal to attract more clients?”

And yes — bringing in aligned clients is important. But so is repelling the ones who aren’t a fit.

Because here’s the truth: A clear, well-structured coaching offer will attract the right people… and turn off the wrong ones. And that’s exactly what you want.

When you start marketing your coaching package, not everyone will resonate with it. And that’s a good thing.

The people who don’t connect with your approach were never meant to be your clients.

If you try to make your coaching broad enough to appeal to everyone, you’ll end up watering it down so much that it resonates with no one.

When you fully own your process and expertise, some people won’t vibe with it — but the right people will feel like they’ve finally found the exact coach they need.

What Happens If You Don’t Embrace the Sacred 'No'?

  • You waste time convincing the wrong clients instead of speaking directly to the right ones.

  • You attract misaligned clients who don’t truly value your approach, making your work harder.

  • First, always remember that in order to attract, you must also repel. The stronger and more specific your offer is, the more it will naturally filter out people who aren’t the right fit. That’s means it’s working!

  • Get in the habit of standing firm in your process. If a potential client says, “I love this, but can you change XYZ?,” you aren’t obligated to bend your offer to fit everyone. Trust the structure you’ve built.

  • Remember that every “no” makes space for a better “yes.” The first time you confidently turned down a misaligned opportunity may have felt uncomfortable, but it likely led to something even better down the road.

Real-life obstacles are some of the most obvious challenges you’re going to face with making changes to the way you do business.

And one of the biggest, yet least talked-about challenges? Not everyone in your current orbit will be thrilled about the shift.

If you’ve built your business on flexibility, custom work, or saying ‘yes’ to a lot of different things, some of the people who were drawn to that model may feel uneasy when you start creating a clearer, more structured offer. Clients who loved the “old way” may push back. Peers who aren’t making the same moves may not get it.

A business that evolves will naturally shift who it attracts and repels. And that’s not just okay… it’s necessary.
